The heating, cooling, ventilation, wastewater, plumbing, fire protection, and automatic control systems of the business center were installed by our company. The retail stores were air-conditioned using fan coil systems. Ventilation within the stores was provided through exhaust and fresh air systems. Hood exhaust ventilation systems were installed for the fast-food areas. A complete fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire hose cabinets, was installed throughout the business center. The automatic control system was implemented through building automation and operated via computer control. The project was completed within 5 months.
