The project consists of a 40-story hotel tower, a 40-story business and office tower, a 40-story residential and business tower, two 28-story residential towers, two 18-story residential towers, and a two-story underground parking facility.
Within the scope of this project, HAVMEKSAN was responsible for the design, engineering, consultancy, quantity surveying, preparation of detailed construction drawings, approval processes with the Government of Chechnya, and the development of the final implementation projects for all mechanical systems in accordance with Russian SNIP standards.
In addition, HAVMEKSAN provided consultancy services for material procurement related to the mechanical installation works and project implementation consultancy throughout the project.
The project was completed within 12 months by a team of seven professionals. Throughout the project duration, significant effort was dedicated to system efficiency, energy consumption, cost optimization, and the selection of the most suitable mechanical systems. Our team worked with the awareness and discipline that the systems we designed would become the lifeline of a large-scale development covering 350,000 m².
Numerous meetings and coordination sessions were held with the companies responsible for the electrical and structural engineering projects. Considerable effort was invested to develop the most accurate and efficient engineering solutions and to produce a project that met the highest standards.
The project team consisted of one Project Coordinator, two Mechanical Engineers, one Chemical Engineer, and three Technicians. Whenever necessary, the team worked day and night, maintaining a highly intensive, disciplined, and meticulous project schedule throughout the entire 12-month period.
