The heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, and automatic control systems of the business center were installed by our company. The retail stores were air-conditioned using fan coil systems. Exhaust and fresh air systems were installed within the stores. Fast-food sections were equipped with chimney-type ventilation systems. A fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire hose cabinets, was installed throughout the entire business center. The control system is operated through a computer-based automation system. The project was completed within 24 months.
