In line with the annual workforce planning process, applications received through the HAVMEKSAN website and candidate databases of recruitment agencies are reviewed, and a candidate pool consisting of applicants who meet the required qualifications is created.
During the recruitment and placement process, suitable candidates from this pool are evaluated according to the company’s needs in cooperation with recruitment and consulting firms and are invited to participate in interviews conducted by the Human Resources department and the managers responsible for the relevant position. Depending on the level of the position, the recruitment process consists of at least two stages.
